DO IT YOURSELF and hire one of our CE approved hog roasting machines. It's very easy and a lot of fun! We will deliver your hog roaster all set up and fitted with your chosen fresh meat, talk you through the easy steps and leave it to you!

Relax don't do it.....WE WILL !!

If you fancy putting your feet up and letting someone else do the hard work (Let's face it who wouldn't) then we offer full catering services and would be more than happy to attend your event. We will deliver, cook, carve, clean etc etc the list goes on and we can do the lot!

Meats available for both of the above services include pig, lamb, beef and poultry all of which is locally sourced, fresh and of the highest quality.

 

Good old fashioned BARBIE

Charcoal or Gas BBQ's with a selection of meats (plain or seasoned) with homemade rubs and marinades, kebabs and vegetarian options also available.

 

Side dishes and extras

SALADS: We can offer a variety of salads - leaf, pasta, potato and coleslaws all homemade and prepared fresh on the day with dressings and sauces to accompany your dish.

SEASONAL VEGETABLE DISHES: Such as roasted vegetables with Hallumi cheese, stuffed peppers and new potatoes with butter and parsley - just a few mentioned to get your taste buds flowing.

BRUSCHETTAS: Homemade and prepared fresh on the day. Fresh lightly toasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with our own bruschetta mix recipe and finished with a drizzle of olive oil.

CANAPES: Homemade, prepared fresh on the day from mini bagels filled with cream cheese and fresh smoked salmon, mini wraps, mini kebab skewars, mini spring rolls and dip to mini thai fish cakes and homemacde chilli sauce and quails eggs wrapped in proscutio ham. We can make any of your favourite mini and fresh for a great canape selection to accompany drinks before your main meal or little nibbles for your guests throughout your event.

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN: A focal point and a hit with not only the kids but us adults too!! No one can resist a fountain of delicious warm chocoalte and dipping foods such as frsh fruit, marshmallows, fudge, mini doughnuts, mini muffins and sweets. A selection of chocolates are available including organic, milk, dark, white or flavoured.

EDIBLE FRUIT BOUQUETS: Try something different for your table centerpiece or to add colour to your event. The difference with these bouquets is that they may look like a bouquet of colourful flowers but they are actually edible and made from the freshest of fruits !!

All equipment is available for pick-up or delivery. An extra charge will be added for delivery.
